Exchanges

If you purchased an item from our online store, you have a period of 15 days to return your order. You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.

You can do it in the following ways:

Note:
– Disposable items, given their nature, cannot be exchanged or returned.
– Never send the article to Mundo das Fraldas without prior contact through our email sales@mundodasfraldas.pt
– The customer must bear the costs of sending the return to our warehouse.
